If your HVAC is keeping up, and you have no comfort issues, just schedule a free quote. You'll get a "like for like" replacement recommendation (i.e. same size equipment) and your home should continue functioning the same.

Through the Comfort Consult you'll receive: a more accurate load calculation, to minimize the on/off cycling of your HVAC; static pressure testing to be sure your ducts can handle upgrading to a heat pump without spending $10-$15k on new ducts; a blower door test to identify leaky areas in your walls, attic, and basement; room-by-room pressure testing to identify problem areas; historical utility bill reconciliation; one-on-one conversation to come up with your ideal equipment replacement specifications; contractor referrals with pre-negotiated discounts.
