If you’re serious about taking control of your home's comfort and energy performance, go for the Comfort Consult.

We go beyond identifying energy loss to ensure your home’s systems are properly sized and optimized for efficiency and comfort, providing you with a DOE Home Energy Score Report. 

Our Comfort Consult Includes:

• Four-Question Quiz: Quick assessment to guide your project and start tracking likely causes of discomfort.

• Blower Door Air Leakage Test: Quantify air leaks. This number tells us a lot about your home.

• Thermal Camera Scan: See heat loss and insulation issues with your own two eyes!

• Insulation Inspection: Evaluate the amount and condition of your insulation.

• Attic & Crawlspace Inspection: Identify common problem areas that ruin comfort and efficiency.

• Likely Load Range Guidance (not precise Manual J): Most heating and cooling systems are about twice as large as they need to be. We’ll assess where your home falls on the spectrum.

• Heating & Cooling Sizing (Manual J): Ensure your HVAC system is properly sized for optimal comfort, efficiency, and equipment longevity.

• Minimum Fresh Air Calculation: Assess ventilation needs for healthy indoor air quality.

• Manual J Calibration with Utility Bills: Fine-tune heating and cooling calculations using your historical utility bills.

*If home sqft is over 3,000 sqft, an additional $100 will be added to your Comfort Consult.

If you choose to move forward with a project after your Comfort Consult or Energy Audit, half the cost of the initial assessment will be deducted from your project.
