Our experienced assessor, Will, will evaluate your home. He will gather information and produce a detailed report outlining the characteristics of your home and recommended actions to reduce energy use while increasing comfort. Common recommendations include:

• Conducting whole-home air sealing to reduce drafts.
• Adding insulation to your attic, foundation, or walls to prevent heat loss.
• Sealing and insulating ducts in unconditioned spaces.
• Removing or repairing areas with internal moisture or mold to improve air quality.
• Enhancing the efficiency of heating, cooling, and hot water equipment.
• Installing home ventilation, smart thermostats, LEDs, smart power strips, ENERGY STAR appliances, solar PV, an electric vehicle charger, and other efficient technologies.
